My Uneducated guess is Honduran Mahogany….But! It could have come from anywhere…the best thing about reclaimed wood like this it is well seasoned and does not need any special treatment in storage and can be used right away…judging by the look of the screws I removed from it , it is very old furniture timber maybe from the 1920s or earlier.
