Welcome to the forum…
Since there are no answers from players of GCEA standard ukuleles (I play DGBE baritone and guitar) here are some suggestions:

2. PDF sheet music in standard notation from the Evan Orre video link below:
3. Guitar tabulation EADGBE:

5. Explaining and adapting the EADGBE guitar tablature version:
Power chords:
- The ganged notes on the guitar EAD strings are a Gm power chord that is too low to fit within the standard ukulele GCEA range
- To adapt to standard ukulele chose a ukulele G chord
Other chords:
- Use the ukulele version of chords written above the tablature notes.
Melody notes:
- The tabulation shows that the melody was designed to be played on four strings DGBE of the six string guitar (but will fit within the three GBE strings)
- This means that it can be played in the original key on three strings GCE of standard ukulele
- Rewrite guitar tablature to ukulele tablature as follows:
- D 8 => G 3 aka b-flat
- G 0 => G 0 aka g
- G 7 => C 2 aka d
- G 8 => C 3 aka e-flat
- B 6 => E 1 aka f
- E 0 => E 0 aka e
Other octaves and keys:
- To match the videos, or to suit your tastes or voice range:
- Find versions of the same the notes higher on the fretboard (for easy playing try to keep the melody notes and the chords on adjacent frets), or
- Transpose by shifting each chord and note upwards to the key you want, or
- Transpose by using a capo to reach the key you want
