Beyond the Sea......Help!!!

Hi, I've been working on Beyond The Sea from this website http://www.alligatorboogaloo.com/uke/tabs/030426.html. They show 2 different E7's the one I'm use to is fretted closer to the headstock the same with the "A" can someone help a rookie out

Notice that the shape of that E7 is the same as the D7 you probably know, except it's two frets (or two half steps) down the fretboard. The same with the A. It is the same shape as an F just moved down the fretboard. You've learned that you can move the same chord shapes up and down on your uke. Using that same logic I bet you can take the Bb and move it down and find a new way to form a C. Happy playing!

This song is a good one for practicing routine chord progressions in three keys. F, A and C.

For this instance, I prefer the first position E7 chord...my preference though....
