Help with Chords - You and I by Brett Dennen

I just found this really cute song that I can't figure out the chords to. I'm sure a quick look at the video and some of you will be able to figure them out right away. So can anyone help me?

This may not be complete, but from listening and watching the chord shapes I believe I detect Bb(3211), C (0003), and F (2010) in that order.

I suggest playing with those chords while the song is playing and figuring out the order because the order changes at certain moments.

strumming pattern seems very simple and can be figured out from playing with the song

Think you're right about those chords. I found another video of Brett playing the same song on guitar.



Although he uses the capo at the 4th fret (rather than the 5th that would allow the last four strings to match a uke), you can see that his chord shapes for the guitar is C, G, F (possibly Fmaj7), and I think there's a Am shape as well. So the uke version should be F, C, Bb (or Bbmaj7), and Dm.
