UPDATE: I talked to Mim at MIM's Ukes about it for a little while and finally decided that a concert size is better for the family. My wife will be able to play it and the kids can grow into it. I went with the Ohana CK-10. Nicer than the Dolphin type stuff, but I think that it's worth the extra in this case for an instrument that everyone will want to play.
