Song Help Request Please please help! Vanessa Paradis et -M- dans "La Seine"

I really need some help here, and I know the fantastic community here can do it! I have been busting my but to learn to play and I have finally found a song that I just have to learn.





Now I have seen a few covers of it on uke but it is hard to tell what they are doing from the angles I have seen, and I have never been able to find sheet music for it, and I doubt there is a uke version of sheet for it anyway. So if anyone can give me a hand here and help me figure this out, I would be extremely grateful, as this is going to be a surprise for my little girl. She has been in love with this film since we saw it, and I so want to be able to play it for her.

I just Googled "La Siene chords" and found a few good links. First...

...which says that it's mostly just Dm Bb F A Dm for most of it. (I don't have a uke handy to test that, but it sounds reasonable to me.)

The cool part is that he's playing it with a capo on the 5th fret of his guitar. Which means the finger positions/shapes are identical to what they'd be on a standard-tuned ukulele.
